Did you feel beautiful when you walked out the door this morning?

When I say beautiful, I mean beautiful in spirit, mind and body.

Sometimes it's so hard to feel beauty with so much doubt, hate and shame being spewed around in the world today.

So, let's start a new trend; tell a stranger their beautiful.

You might cause someone whose day started out not so good turn into a day of beauty.
