The book is a workbook/journal and an excellent tool to be used in any setting; especially programs with a mission to positively affect lives or events with a goal to uplift and shift its attendees journey in life.

The Journal Session will help motivate those youth just starting to navigate their way into their adult life,
or for those already well into adulthood;
The Journal Session will help to transform the way attendees look at decisions they have made or will make on their path.

Reynolds, the Savannah, Georgia native is a two time graduate of Savannah State University.
She's an author and also a healthcare professional for a Jacksonville, FL healthcare system.
​
From her struggle to climb the ladder professionally despite being one of the top 7 of her graduating undergrad college class to completing a life long dream of becoming a writer, Reynolds uses her educational background in Mass Communications and Urban Studies and Planning and life experiences as a way to motivate and encourage others to remain focused, stay on track and take the proper steps needed to stand in their greatness!

20-30 attendees; small sessions offer a more personalized one on one experience where the author can walk through book chapter by chapter.

30-50 attendees; mid-size sessions and/or 50-100 attendees; large-size sessions offers an experience where groups should reflect prior to journal session and come to session Ready to DISCUSS!
